My french teacher in high school, Mademoiselle Rooney, used to remind me of a white-butterfly (blanc-papillon). She was simple, gentle, and a woman of discipline...WHAT AN EXEMPLARY TEACHER! Merci beaucoup, Mademoiselle! {When she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness~ Proverbs 31:26}

"Could you be Messiah to me"
A brother in Christ sang this song tonight. Before he came to the front the mother of the birthday celebrant gave a short introduction about our brother in Christ who sang this song, "Could you be a Messiah to me". I was moved by what was said about our brother because i witnessed it all happen seven years ago. I was there during that lowest point in my brother's life. I vividly remember him asking me about fasting and praying. He was away from his wife and child. His marriage was not working out well. He was so down. And he shared his burden to a group of people (strangers to him at that time) that played basketball with him. And now he, his wife, and his little boy now a grown boy are all together serving GOD and HIS people. It's a life story that exemplifies that goodness of our gracious and merciful GOD.
